Jog-A-Thon Fun!

Here are some pictures from last week's Jog-A-Thon!





Remember...all pledges are due on September 30th! Our school goal is to reach $38,000 for Superhero Day! The students in Room 9 set a goal for themselves...if we bring in $1,000 they will have no homework for a week!!! To add to that...the top 2 second grade teachers will have to compete in a "Suped Up Scooter" Race during the Jog-A-Thon prize rally!

Week of May 2-6th

Well...it is finally here...STAR TESTING!

For the next 2 weeks we will taking the STAR Test on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If your child is absent, they will make up the test on either Friday or Monday.
  • Make sure your child gets plenty of rest.
  • Provide a healthy breakfast.
  • Remind them that this is a time for them to show what they know...not to stress!
We are also getting ready for our big Open House at the end of the month. We will be learning all about insects and bugs!
